‘Get that Job and Succeed’

A programme to help learners with ADHD to better understand and manage themselves when considering, applying for, gaining and succeeding in work.

We work with learners to:

• Identify the type of work that suits them best
• Understand and organise themselves more effectively and develop strategies to cope with the world of work
• Recognise their strengths and weaknesses
• Identify opportunities
• Plan and prepare an action plan
• Understand the jargon, paperwork and the whole process of getting, keeping and succeeding in a job
• Complete application forms, prepare a good CV and build an effective portfolio
• Improve and develop interview skills in a safe and supportive environment

Working with our partners, we help learners to:

• Get and keep a work placement
• Get and keep the job that is right for them
• Succeed in work.
