‘Get
that Job and Succeed’
A programme
to help learners with ADHD to better understand and manage themselves
when considering, applying for, gaining and succeeding in work.
We work with
learners to:
- Identify the type
of work that suits them best
- Understand and
organise themselves more effectively and develop strategies
to cope with the world of work
- Recognise their
strengths and weaknesses
- Identify opportunities
- Plan and prepare
an action plan
- Understand the
jargon, paperwork and the whole process of getting, keeping
and succeeding in a job
- Complete application
forms, prepare a good CV and build an effective portfolio
- Improve and develop
interview skills in a safe and supportive environment
Working with
our partners, we help learners to:
- Get
and keep a work placement
-
Get and keep the job that is right for them
-
Succeed in work.
