Specialist
knowledge and expert advice in understanding and managing ADHD
Our
training packages provide a holistic learning experience in
understanding and managing ADHD. Our aim is to give learners
an opportunity to see ADHD from the perspective of those who
live with and care for those with ADHD.
ADHD is explained using evidence based knowledge. Clear, practical
approaches to its management are given to suit learners from
education, health and other agencies working with children and
young people.
Our
training will help learners to:
We provide a range of structured, tailored training for schools,
colleges and agencies working with people with ADHD.
Tailored
training packages begin with basic awareness training, Myths
& Facts and identification of the characteristics of ADHD.
We then look at medication, classroom management, executive
functioning, organisation, planning, transition, and play.
The
training is tailored to what is required by the school, education
provider or agency.

In
addition, we support work placement providers and employers to
understand and manage ADHD and best support the learner in the
workplace.
The training
can be delivered in sessions ranging from two twilight sessions
or a half day training sessions of 2.5 hours to a full day training
session.
Our
training is provided by our accredited and qualified trainers,
from our fully equipped Training Room at our Liverpool
base, or from your own preferred venue.
