The Umbrella Project
Equazen are very proud to be sponsors of the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Foundation Art Installation Project.
This valuable project is all about raising the awareness and understanding of invisible health challenges such as ADHD.
Only Equazen has the precise EQUABALANCETM ratio of essential fatty acids including DHA which helps support brain function. *
Equazen Liquid is ideal for children who don’t like swallowing pills and capsules. Available in two flavours — citrus and vanilla — these naturally sourced marine oils have been processed to remove as much fishy taste and odour as possible. A teaspoon of Equazen liquid is the equivalent of two capsules.
Equazen Chews deliver omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a delicious strawberry flavoured chew which is free from additives such as aspartame, saccharine or hydrogenated oils. Made from soft gelatin that can be chewed or swallowed, each chew contains the same balanced dose of Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and GLA as one Equazen capsule.
Equazen Capsules If you are taking the supplement for the first time, or after a long break, it is advisable to take six capsules a day for 12 weeks. A maintenance dose of two capsules a day can help ensure optimal levels. A triple strength family formulation is also available
Available from Boots, independent pharmacies, health food stores and Amazon.
* The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.
I am delighted to be able to wholeheartedly support the ADHD Foundation’s Umbrella Project. Liverpool City Council is fully committed to supporting the education, mental health and employability of people with ADHD and Autism.
Raising awareness is fundamental in engaging conversations and promoting the general public’s understanding of ADHD. With half a million children across the country being affected by the condition, with many going completely undiagnosed, it is more important now than ever that we as a city do everything we can to support them.
I want Liverpool to truly be an ADHD and Autism friendly city. We have to work together to remove the barriers that are preventing people from being able to reach their true potential. The Umbrella Project is a great way of showing that commitment and engaging those conversations. #bethechange
