Online Skills Building Programme for Parents and Carers

Please note that Friday 8th May is a bank holiday, which will delay our responses to Monday 11th May.

Dear Parent / Carer,

Following a referral to our service, and in line with NICE guidelines, we would like to invite you onto a skills building programme, specifically for parents and carers of children who have ADHD or are on the pathway to an ADHD diagnosis. The programme is around understanding and managing your child’s behaviour, including neuroscience, sleep and environment.

The programme is in response to requests from parents and carers that they need more information and support to better understand their child’s needs.

This is a unique opportunity for you to explore strategies to support your child’s development, well being and educational attainment.

Due to current guidelines and reflecting family circumstance, we are offering content in three online webinar sessions:

Session One: Neuroscience of ADHD and Treatment

Session Two: Sleep and Well-being

Session Three: Stress Awareness and Self Regulation

We are running the webinars in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
