How can my workplace support me?

Reasonable adjustments are changes an employer makes to remove or reduce a disadvantage related to an individual’s disability and/or condition. An employer should offer employees support whether or not they have a diagnosis for their neurodivergence. This includes making reasonable adjustments. Employers must make reasonable adjustments by law.

What happens if an employer does not make reasonable adjustments?
