How do I start the referral process for ADHD?

Your GP would be the first point of contact. They could refer you to the NHS route, or right to choose allows you to access private options that are approved by the NHS.

Our assessments

Our Neurodiversity Clinic offers a Comprehensive Pre-Diagnostic assessment. It is comprehensive analysis used to support a diagnosis comprising of the QbTest or a QbCheck, ADHD rating scales, Clinical interview, and Full history. This screening can be very helpful in determining if ADHD is present and creates a body of evidence that a diagnosing clinician can then use.

Alternative screening facilities

As a stand-alone charity, we are unable to make recommendations for alternative screening facilities. However, you can ask your GP to make a referral to your local NHS ADHD service. They will be able to advise on the waiting times in your area.
