Fundraising Ideas (sub-header)
Fundraising can be a fun and engaging way to bring people and communities together. At the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity, we want you to enjoy fundraising for us and to ensure that you do it safely.
Here are some fun fundraising activities for you to consider (I have attached the A2Z of fundraising ideas please choose some and list them, maybe about 10) If you can add some images that mirror that activity that would be great.
We have or can pay for spaces in events where people fundraise for us (see below)
- Register yourself
- Choose ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity as the Charity you’d like to support
- Choose your event
If you agree to the fundraising target, we will approve your place and contact you to arrange for your running top to be sent out. Alternatively, you can pay for your own space and set your own fundraising target.
We would love you to raise money for us and so if you already have a space at an event but would like to raise money for us, please get in touch so that we can help and support you. Please email us at email@example.com
How do you pay the money that you raise in?
For online donations you can use our JustGiving page (Insert link)
Alternatively, if you collect cash and cheques, you can print off our sponsorship form and follow the paying in methods outlined on the form. Please always ask people to tick the Gift Aid box as this helps increase what we can receive
(I’ve attached the sponsorship form which needs to be embedded here)
Payroll Giving (sometimes known as Give as You Earn)
Payroll Giving provides an easy and tax-efficient way of making regular donations to your favourite charities straight from your pay
How does it work?
Once you have set up a Payroll Giving scheme, your employees will be able to sign up and start donating. Each payday, their donation will be taken directly out of their gross salary by your payroll department.
The donation will be taken after National Insurance is deducted, but before tax. This means that their donation will cost them up to 45% less through the tax break.
Donations are then sent from your organisation to a Payroll Giving Agency (PGA) who will handle the transfer of the funds to the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity or any other charities your employees want to support.
