Important information about our Adult Online Therapy Service

Due to resourcing and capacity issues, we have suspended our Adult Online Therapy Services.  If you have already submitted your completed online self-referral form, we will be in touch to discuss options.

If you have not submitted a self-referral but are seeking adult therapy/counselling, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience the temporary withdrawal of our Adult Online Therapy Service may cause you.  It is not a decision we have taken lightly.

You may find our ‘ADHD in Adults’ brochure helpful (https://www.adhdfoundation.org.uk/wpcontent/uploads/2022/03/ADHD_FOUND_Takeda_AdultsBooklet.pdf).  There is also a comprehensive range of other resources available on our Resource Hub that you may find helpful – (https://www.adhdfoundation.org.uk/resources/)..

In addition ADHDWISE UK provides a range of therapy and counselling.  Please see link to the website (https://www.adhdwise.uk/).

You may also find it helpful to access the BACP’s Therapists Directory on the BACP website (click here https://www.bacp.co.uk/about-therapy/using-our-therapist-directory/).

Once again, apologies for any inconvenience.
